Essential Oil Recipe for Room Spray: Standard Items Needed
- One 30ml glass bottle – use glass bottle because we do not want our therapeutic essential oils to react with the bottle. Hence, do not use plastic spray bottles. Glass is best. We also use dark glass so that our contents can be preserved for a longer period of time.
- ½ tsp witch hazel- Witch hazel is an astringent anti-inflammatory compound, produced from the leaves and bark of the North American Witch-hazel shrub.
- 25 ml filtered water
- 8-10 drops of essential oils.
